I have been teaching modern and historical flutes for more than 20 years. I have worked with all levels, from beginners to professional players, and I am a popular teacher at summer workshops. I am on the faculty of the Longy School of Music of Bard College, and director and chamber music coach at Chamber Music at Mather House, Harvard University. I am also on the faculty of the Amherst Early Music Festival workshop and the International Baroque Institute at Longy.

I like the diversity of my teaching activities: working with beginners as well as graduate students, working on performance practice with early music students, conducting a flute choir for modern flute players, teaching classes and coaching chamber music. My approach is student-centered, and I have a supportive and positive teaching style, while maintaining high standards.

Individual lessons, Skype lessons, chamber music coaching, lecture- demonstrations and presentations available.
